NOTICE & ACTION POLICY — ONLINE REPOSITORY

This Notice & Action Policy describes how we handle reports about allegedly unlawful or infringing content hosted on the artiQverse Online Repository ("Online Repository"). It is intended to align with applicable law, including the EU Digital Services Act (DSA), and complements our End User License Agreement (EULA). For repository terms, see the EULA sections “Online Repository” and “Online Repository User Content and Liability.”
1. HOW TO SUBMIT A NOTICE
Send notices to [email protected] with the subject “Notice & Action”. To help us act expeditiously, include:
- • Precise URL(s) or unique identifier(s) of the content
- • Description of why the content is unlawful or infringes your rights, including legal basis and jurisdiction
- • Any supporting documentation (e.g., rights ownership, court order, authorization)
- • Your full name, organization (if any), email address, and country
- • A good‑faith statement that the information is accurate and that you are authorized to act (if on behalf of another)
- • Optional: whether we may share your notice (including contact details) with the user who uploaded the content
2. OUR PROCESS
- • Acknowledgement: We acknowledge valid notices and assign a reference.
- • Review: We assess whether the notice provides actual knowledge of illegality or infringement.
- • Action: Where appropriate, we expeditiously disable access to or remove the content, and we may notify the uploader with reasons.
- • Escalation: For serious or emergency matters, we may immediately restrict access and inform competent authorities as required.
- • Records: We maintain an internal log of notices, actions, and timing to evidence compliance.
3. COUNTER‑NOTICE AND APPEALS
If your content was removed and you believe this was an error, email [email protected] with:
- • The reference or URL(s) at issue
- • Your explanation and any supporting documentation
- • Consent to share your counter‑notice with the original notifier when necessary to resolve the dispute
We will review counter‑notices and, if appropriate, restore content or provide next steps.
4. REPEAT‑INFRINGEMENT AND ABUSE
- • We may suspend accounts that repeatedly upload unlawful or infringing content.
- • We may decline or restrict abusive, clearly unfounded, or systematically fraudulent notices.
5. NO GENERAL MONITORING
We do not have a general obligation to monitor user content. We act upon actual knowledge or duly substantiated notices in line with applicable law.
